Once that seal is broken they cannot be returned unless faulty, damaged or incorrect. If you change your mind, do not open the parcel: consumers may return it unopened with the seal intact within 14 days of delivery. Accessories can be returned unused within 14 days. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items are always replaced or refunded.
