The customer must understand before ordering Peptides, which peptides they require this is not our responsibility.
If a customer receives a parcel that looks like it may have been damaged during transit we will reship or refund the amount for the goods paid.
Please see FAQ " How long will it take to receive my parcel. " For any concerns regarding delivery timescale, we cannot refund or reship until these procedures have been followed.
