Dispatch
Royal Mail orders placed before 3pm (Monday to Friday) are dispatched the same day; orders placed after 3pm ship the next working day. UPS orders are collected from us by the courier on the next working day, and the estimated delivery date shown at checkout already accounts for this. Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to follow your parcel. Tracking updates are managed by the courier once the parcel is in transit, so please allow a little time for them to appear.
Services
Within the UK we deliver by Royal Mail (Tracked 24 and Special Delivery) and by UPS. International orders are delivered by UPS, with the available services and estimated delivery dates shown at checkout for your address. Delivery times are not guaranteed unless you selected a guaranteed service at checkout. In rare cases delays occur for reasons outside our control; we will always escalate delivery issues with the courier on your behalf.
Parcels in transit
We are unable to resend or refund any parcel while it is still in transit. Items marked as undelivered or returned to sender must be received back at our facility before a refund or replacement can be issued. Lost-in-transit parcels are escalated with our delivery partners, and refunds or replacements are processed once the courier confirms the case can be closed. That is typically 15 working days for UK parcels and up to 30 days for international ones.
International orders
You are responsible for confirming before ordering that the products in your order may lawfully be imported into the destination country, and for any customs duties, taxes, or fees the destination country applies. See our Terms & Conditions. Some destinations carry restrictions that limit the services we can offer.
Important information
Please make sure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We cannot redirect parcels once they are in transit, and for security reasons we do not amend shipping addresses after an order is confirmed unless you requested it at the time of ordering.
