UK Peptides Returns Policy

Peptides and Research Compounds

Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on peptides, research compounds, or bacteriostatic water. Once dispatched, these items cannot be resold to other customers for safety and quality reasons. This applies regardless of whether the item has been opened.

Please ensure you have selected the correct products before placing your order. If you are unsure which products you require, please contact us before ordering and we will be happy to advise.

Non-Consumable Items

Returns are accepted on non-consumable items (such as storage cases, vial accessories, and equipment) provided:

The item is unused, unopened, and in original condition
The return is requested within 14 days of delivery
Original packaging is intact

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photograph of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
