Order Tracking Information

When your order is dispatched you will receive an email containing your tracking number. Please check your tracking before contacting us about a parcel's progress.

Royal Mail (UK)

Most UK parcels are sent by Royal Mail Tracked 24, which usually delivers the next working day, or by Special Delivery where selected at checkout. Track at royalmail.com/track-your-item. Royal Mail will not investigate a missing parcel until their investigation window has passed, which is why in-transit refunds are not possible; see our Delivery page.

UPS (UK and international)

UPS orders are collected from us by the courier on the next working day after dispatch confirmation, and the estimated delivery date shown at checkout already accounts for this. Track at ups.com/track. UPS also emails delivery updates directly, and their app lets you manage the delivery.

International parcels

International orders are delivered by UPS with full tracking. Once a parcel enters customs in the destination country, clearance times are outside our control; any duties or fees are the recipient's responsibility. If tracking has not moved for several days, contact us and we will raise it with the courier.
