Monday to Friday: 10:30am to 4:00pm
Saturday and Sunday: closed
UK bank holidays: closed

Royal Mail orders placed before 3pm on a working day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed outside working hours, at weekends, or on bank holidays are dispatched on the next working day. UPS orders are collected by the courier on the next working day.
