Paying from the UK

Pay by Bank (recommended)

Pay by Bank uses open banking: at checkout you are taken to your own banking app to approve the payment, and confirmation is instant. There are no account numbers to copy and no payment references to get right. Orders confirmed before 3pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day where Royal Mail delivery is selected.

Card payment

Card payments are taken directly at checkout and confirm instantly. We never see or store your card details; they are entered on our payment provider's secure platform.

Paying from outside the UK

International Payment

Choose International Payment at checkout and we will email you a payment invoice to complete your order. Please check your junk or spam folder if it has not arrived shortly after ordering. International payments can take 2 to 3 days to reach us; your order is dispatched on the working day the payment clears.

After you pay

Once your payment is confirmed and your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email followed by a dispatch email with your tracking details. Please check your junk or spam folder before contacting us about tracking.
