Thymosin Alpha 1 5mg
The product Thymosin alpha 1 or (T a 1) is a 28-amino acid peptide and small protein which is naturally formed by the thymus gland.
Research has suggested it’s effective in improving the function of dendritic cells and T cells and these are the white blood cells that are important in the defence process of the body, for individuals who suffer from infection and depressed immune system [1].
Clinic trials have evidenced that Thymosin Alpha 1 could potentially improve immune cells function. For example, T cells have two forms, the helper and killer T cells. The helper cells work with other immune system cells against various infections [1].
Research shows that the Thymosin Alpha1 peptide has the potential to treat different diseases, including hepatitis C & hepatitis B [2]. As well as some vaccines and chemotherapy. It is the main ingredient in Zadaxin, which is an immune-modulating drug used for treating hepatitis C and hepatitis B [2].
A study was done to find out its capacity for supporting the immune system which was suppressed through chemotherapy in patients with cancer. This product has an active ingredient of thymosin alpha 1, which is the synthetic form of the natural thymic peptide.
Thymosin alpha 1 is proven in treating different illnesses such as influenza, hepatitis B, hepatitis C, AIDS, immunodeficiency disease, and cancer. To sum it up, thymosin alpha 1 is a peptide that can do wonders for your health.
